The award of the arbitrator or arbitrators as the case may be shall be final and binding on the parties. In case the dispute failed to be resolved by Arbitration, then all disputes are subject to jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

However, by accessing this Site you agree that the laws of India, without regard to rules relating to conflict of laws, will apply to all matters relating to your use of this Site.
