Sometimes, your banker may debit/deduct certain charges wrongfully from your account, in which case you should write to the bank manager for a refund of the amount.
These days, going to the branch office of the bank may not be necessary to submit a complaint letter.
You can call the customer care center of the bank or write an email as provided in the bank's website and lodge such complaints.
