Sample Approval Letter to Customer for Increase in Credit Limit

Generally, the approval for an increase in the credit limit is given by a financial institution to its customers.

A customer may on his own request by a written application for an increase in the credit limit earlier sanctioned to him. The financial institution may inform the customer that he is eligible for an increase in the credit limit based on his good track record.

Upon approval from the appropriate authority in the financial institution, a letter or an email is issued to the customer as an intimation that the credit limit has been increased as requested.
