Hacking of social media accounts of people's personal accounts is nothing new nowadays. It has been going on for quite a while now. New hackers are starting their evil business every day and scheming against the innocents.
If your Facebook account was hacked and unsolicited messages were posted, then you should send a common message to all from your Facebook account apologizing for any inconvenience.
You can send the apology message after recovering your account. Otherwise, you can send the apology message from a new account if you were unable to recover the old account.
Here are samples of such apology messages to persons who might have been affected.
TEMPLATE #1
Dear All,
By this time, all of you have probably realized that my Facebook account was hacked on (Date). Unsolicited messages with pictures were posted by the hacker on my account. I have been able to recover the account after much effort. I have deleted those posts.
I am very sorry for this incident. I apologize to you for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
We live in a time where cybercrime is increasing exponentially. There is a very little we can do about it. We have to wait for the time when improved measures will be there to reduce such crimes and catch the culprits.
Thank you for your understanding!
Regards,

TEMPLATE #2
Dear All,
My Facebook account was hacked yesterday and I understand from some of my friends that some unsolicited messages and pictures were posted by the hacker. I have not been able to recover my account yet. I am still trying to recover it and as soon as I do so, I will delete all such posts. In the meantime, I would request you all to unfriend me, block me, or mute my Facebook account for the time being.
I would like to sincerely apologize to you for any inconvenience that it may have caused you. I will try my best to ensure that this does not happen again by enabling even more security measures for logging into the account.
Thank you for your understanding!
Regards,
(Name of the Person)
