Dear Sir/Madam,

I am truly sorry to have used plagiarized contents for preparation of my research paper on "________________", which I submitted to you last week. I have now realized it is not only disrespectful to the writers of the original contents but also to my fellow classmates who worked hard in preparing their respective papers.

You have repeatedly advised us to use our own mind and skill to prepare our own papers. I have let you down by copying contents from other sources. I deeply regret it. I feel quite embarrassed.

I promise not to repeat this incident again. I kindly request you to give me another chance to submit the paper again. I will try very hard on this to use my own knowledge and wit in the writings and preparations.

Yours sincerely,
