Dear ..........,

I deeply regret writing a rude post about you in my Facebook account yesterday. I have taken it off. But some people must have read it already. I sincerely apologize for posting this. I know it is hurtful to you and very irresponsible on my part to do so.

I never should have said such a horrible thing publicly. I am ashamed of myself for doing such an inexcusable thing. Please let me know if you want me to publicly apologize to you for this.

I hope you can be gracious enough to forgive me for my actions. I would very much like to make it up to you. Please let me know if I can be of any help to you in the future. I shall be more than glad to do so.

Once again, I am sorry.

Kind Regards,

Dear ..............,

I feel so embarrassed for posting a tweet against you the other day in my Twitter account. It was clearly rude. I was angry at the moment and I regret doing it. The differences of opinion between us on the .............. matter is our personal issue and we should keep it private.

I feel horrible having made it public unnecessarily. Although I deleted the post within a couple of hours of posting, I know some of the people must have already read it. Please accept my sincere apologies for this.

I shall endeavor not to repeat this again. I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me.

Please let me know if I can be of any help to you in the future. It would be my pleasure.

Once again, I am sorry.

Regards,
