Letter to Handover Documents to Other Person (Sample)

An authorisation letter is required for a person to handover important documents to another person. The authorisation must come from the person who is the ultimate recipient of the said documents.

Handing over letter is also addressed to the successor of a person for a particular position in an organisation, where the sender of the letter mainly mentions what documents and assets he is handing over.
