Sample Application Letter for a Teaching Job Position in School

A teacher has to move on in his career to get a job in a preferable school with a better package with a subject for his preference. Now there are different platforms to know about new job opportunities.

You can look for new jobs for teachers in newspaper's classified section, job portals, social media job pages, or through job agencies. You can also directly write to the school to consider you for a vacancy if you come to know about it through some internal sources.

In the cover letter for the job application, write briefly about your qualification, experience, skills, why you are interested in joining the school, and request for an interview with you. Do not brag about your qualities, and express them politely in the letter.
