Sample Letter Informing Patient of Lab Test Results & Reports

Patients go to laboratory technicians to have their blood, urine and other things tested as suggested by their doctors.

Some patients may come from a far place to the laboratory and therefore, the lab technician may not be able to give them the test reports by hand immediately. Hence, he will have to send the test reports by post or courier to such patients.

Along with the test reports, it would be professional to write a cover letter to the patient. Here is an example of such letters.
