Application for Release of Stolen Vehicle from Police Station

As soon as you realize that your vehicle is stolen from you, you should visit the nearest police station and lodge a complaint regarding this.

After the police find your stolen vehicle, they will not hand it over to you just like that. Some formalities in writing will have to be completed. They will guide you through the process. You might have to write an application to get it released from police custody.
