Sample Letter to the Bus Depot Manager for a Lost Luggage

Losing luggage during travel is a common problem that we always face. Once it is lost, the chances of recovering are too thin.

If a person has by mistake lost a luggage inside the bus or at the bus terminus, then he may enquire with the bus depot manager if they have found any such luggage. There are chances that the luggage was found and kept safely at the depot.

I mistakenly left the bag in the bus before getting off at _________ bus station. Before I could realise it, the bus had already left and gone too far.

If the bag has not been already stolen by someone, then I presume that the bus employee might have found it and deposited it at your bus depot.
