Sample Authorisation Letter to Collect an Award or a Prize

An award winner may authorize another person to collect the prize certificate or prize money on his behalf.

The award winner will have to duly authorize the person by giving an authorization in writing. The authorization letter needs to be signed by both the award winner and the authorized representative.

Here is an example of such an authorization letter for authorizing someone to collect an award or a prize.
