Sample Savings to Salary Account Conversion Letter to Bank

A person who is maintaining a savings account can make an application to the bank to convert it to a salary account with additional features and facilities.

For this conversion, the bank will ask the account-holder to submit certain documents viz. appointment letter, salary slip, ID card, or a letter from the employer certifying the employment and salary details of the employee.

I am interested in converting my savings account into a salary account. I am providing herewith the following documents for your records to process my application.

(1) PAN card and Aadhar card self-attested copies.

(2) Photocopy of the appointment letter certified by my employer.

(3) Latest 3-months' salary slip duly stamped and sealed.

(4) NOC letter from the employer regarding salary account.
