Application for Withdrawal of Admission from College

After taking admission in an educational institution, a student may change his mind to take admission in some other institution. Hence, he may make an application to the said educational institution to cancel his admission and refund the deposited fees.

However, depending upon the policy and rules of the educational institution - the admission may be cancelled and partly/fully the fees may be refunded.

Hereunder, there is a sample application for withdrawal/cancellation of admission from college and further request for the refund of fee deposited earlier.
