Real-estate Property Cancellation Letter for House Purchase

Sometimes, the proposed buyer of a property may not proceed with the purchase of the property because of several reasons, viz. medical emergency of someone in the family, being not able to arrange the whole consideration to complete the purchase, a change in decision to purchase the property in some other locality, etc.

Hence, the customer can request the builder/seller to cancel his booking and refund his money. At first, it would be better to visit their office or house and explain the reason behind cancellation, and then you can submit a written letter requesting the cancellation and refund.
