However, it can also contain several vital pieces of information, which will help the tenant in settling down at the new rented place. It acts as a guide on different activities that the tenant may need help on or information that will be helpful in case of emergencies.

Laundry: A shared laundry facility is available at ............... of the society. The machines in this facility can be operated using coins or cards. Please bring your own detergents and laundry products for use. This is for the convenience of all residents.
