Complaint Letter to Broadband Provider for Poor Internet Speed

The internet has radicalized the way of life of people these days. Without the internet, things can become quite boring. With slow internet service or bad network issues, things may become very irritating. The internet is needed for not only for using social media or browsing stuff but also to complete office work and many other purposes.

I am very disappointed to say that as a reputed telecom company, your services are very poor than expected. You should take steps to ensure that the consumers enjoy flawless internet service. Please note that even though I have a right to claim refunds from you for all the time the internet connection was bad or slow, I have not done so.

    Thank you for the complaint letter format. It was very useful for me. With the increase in number of internet users these telecom companies are really failing at providing quality service as committed by them in the internet plan.
